   This action figure is incredible! It has a perfect artwork. Its of great size and color. The little problem is that it isn’t too articulated. A Great Collectible.

   I had highly anticipated this piece, and it was another close call at being a dream come true. Sadly, the troll is another figure that suffers from an inner ear infection, and simply can’t stand up on his own.

   This is probably the most frustrating line I’ve ever collected. The sculpts are amazing, but worthless if you’re going to open them. For kids, the poses really aren’t what I consider play friendly. For display you’ll have to plan on building some sort of support, or he’s a goner.

   I just love this figure. It is one of my favorites and the one that costs less. It is plain wonderful. So much, I bought a couple for some friends.

   The art is wonderful, the details are awesome. It stands on its own. And no, trolls are not my favorite race on Wow.

   I passed by and noticed a review about it having standing issues.

   First of all, most Wow action figures has standing issues. That means, most of them will have a 0.5% over time to fall.

   I have owned series 1, 2, and 3 over 5 months. Figures with standing issues are: Valeera (female blood elf rogue), Illidan, the undead rogue (it stands perfectly at the beginning, but over time somehow it has lost its balance), and the draeni female (it has to touch the wall).

   The troll, I think, fell once at the beginning. When you find out how to balance it (and it didnt take much), it kept stable.

   I can say that, at least 2 toys over 6 months, I had no issue with balance.

   I am including an image on the product gallery, so you can see with your own eyes.

   This product is so cool, I will buy another one for future keeps.

   They look nothing like the image, as far as the color scheme is concerned. Sure, these things can vary.. but the Murloc duo I received are twins. Both are primarily blue with yellow spines and green hands and feet. The EXACT same color scheme each. Even in game the named Murlocs are a different color skin then the rest. Plainly the image above shows two different color Murlocs. So, while I didn’t mind waiting the extended delay for release, I would have waited months more to have them look as nice as the picture listed. In fact, the PACKAGING has a green murloc on it.

   Is it just random? do they want us to collect more so we can have some Murlocy variety?

   Overall, nice figures, but I’ll prolly take some model paint to one myself.

   I’ve had this set on pre-order for quite a while and was very excited when Amazon finally delivered it. I did not have the same problem as reported by Micah’s review, both Fish-Eye and Gibbergill were the correct colors as shown on the Amazon product page. I know that there is a “collector’s” color variant out there where the pallets are swapped, so maybe there was a mix up on his set?

   After being a little disappointed by the paint quality on the World of Warcraft Series 4: Deluxe Collector Figure: Lady Vashj figure, I was pleasantly surprised by the details on the Murlocs. The colors were bright and distinct and the little details – such as the shells and twine and the froth from the water – were a nice touch.

   The one problem I ran into would be the durability of this set. Unfortunately for no apparent reason, my Murlocs took a header onto the floor and the green guy’s leg snapped off right at the foot. He’s currently being held together by some epoxy putty and a finishing nail. Randomly the Murlocs seem to tilt over as their weight shifts, so a fall from the heights might be in several owners’ future. Keep these guys situated on a wide surface and add additional weight to the base if you have the option. Other than that, these guys are a great addition to any Warcraft figurine collector’s collection.

   **UPDATE** I ordered a second set of these guys from Amazon and I ran into the same problem that reviewer “Micah” mentioned. Both Murlocs in my new set were of the green skin only – same exact paint scheme for each Murloc.

   The Murloc action figure set you receive **may not** match the blue / green duo that Amazon has pictured on their item page.

   first of all the craftmanship is amazing every detail is carved in ,i know the figure doesnt move but its not a barbie it shouldnt be able to do all the actions that other toys should, its a collectible, for those of who are druid lovers then this is for you but if you want a toy that does different actions and movements go to TOYS R US

   I ordered this item as a Christmas gift. When I received the Night Elf, I was amazed at the detail and quailty that went into crafting the item, and completely blown away by the size – I was expecting this dinky, cheap looking toy. I wouldn’t recommend this item for young children.

   I’ll admit I felt like a WoW geek when I picked this up. This item, however, is quite simply a work of art in my opinion. The expression and the posture are intense and the detail is very noticeable. From an art standpoint, I have no criticisms.

   Now, on to the production of the item itself. The unit does not have any points of articulation save the wrist joints thereby allowing you to position the shield and the sword to your liking. The arrows are separately packaged and you need to stick them in the slots provided on the shield and the leg. The arrow that goes on the thigh comes with a flimsy arrowhead unlike the ones that are meant for the shield (which are just shafts without a pointy head). The arrowhead snapped right away as I tried to push it in the unit’s leg. This was immensely frustrating. I did manage to fit the remaining shaft of the arrow in the leg but isn’t as sturdy as the ones on the shield. Why they couldn’t provide the same kind of fitting mechanism for the leg I may never know.

   The arrows aside, the unit has a couple of minor issues. There is a small gap between the head and the torso. It doesn’t bother me much, largely because its not noticeable due to the posture of the unit, but it may be annoying for some. Also, the unit doesn’t rest flat on its feet. The weight distribution tips it backwards slightly. My friends occasionally grab the figure to check it out and when they put it back, they typically rest it on its heels and the bottom hem of the cloak (like a tripod).

   Having said all that, I still love this piece. I used to play WoW and Warriors were my favorite class. I don’t have time for WoW anymore but this action figure reminds me of good times and epic raids with my friends.

    Of course, a highly detailed figure like this is meant more to stir the imagination than to survive rough play (especially given the arrows one has to stick in, one of which regrettably lost its arrowhead when it tried to fit unsuccessfully in its assigned hole). That said, the figure certainly stirs the imagination (its details are a cartoonist’s dream, or nightmare depending on your point of view), and if you leave the arrows out, it seems remarkably durable. No joints articulate save the wrist joints, but that’s all one needs to make this dramatically posed warrior nuanced in his berserker menace.

    Love to play WOW, thought I would try collecting figures for the game. This is the first one I ordered, and was very pleased with the material it was made of, the detail on the figure and the overall size. I already put a bunch more on my wish list.

    The WOW series 2 figure was awesome in person. The details, the coloring, the quality of the piece. For someone like myself that wants to collect them, this was a great addition to our collection. We had no problem in ordering or the delivery. It came packaged well so no issues with dents, breakage, crushing etc…

    i am an avid WoW online gamer so i do enjoy their entire line of products. i highly recommend this as a gift item to anyone remotely interested in world of warcraft.
