While the “Pentel Wow!” pens are very comfortable to hold and the ink flows perfectly every time, the pen writing tip is deployed by pressing the standard top plunger button, but to retract the writing tip you must press a button on the side of the barrel. The problem is that the retract button is located on left side of barrel (relative to the pocket clip when held) which makes it awkward for lefties to reach smoothly.
My right handed wife and our kids don’t have any problems with reaching the retract button and really like the way the pen feels in their hands as well.
Overall, this is a good quality pen for right handed people and only somewhat awkward for lefties. Recommended!

Great wow tips Tips
After reading many reviews and watching certain video reviews I decided that We Cheer would be a fun and active game to play. The trailer for this game showed girls jumping and doing all sorts of active tricks. However when I received the game I was extremely disappointed. The only thing you have to do is hold a remote up and move it in a certain direction to complete levels. There are little comments in the upper left corner that give tips for your next move. If the tip for instance says “A little bit harder” and for your next move you go harder the tip still says to go harder. The only thing that I personally found acceptable was the dressing room. I think that the different uniform combination’s were interesting enough and every time you changed your look it could be significantly different. To experiment I tried putting the wii remote down and the movements were completed to prove that it wasn’t even necessary for you to do anything! Overall I don’t think this game is worth it’s price at all and I recommend not purchasing it.
This was cute, my daughter loved it at first, but now she never puts it in to play. I am not sure why. She says she needs me to do it with her. What she needs is a sibling.
But she did like it.
Love it. It’s fun and good exercise. And there’s a few good songs too. Make sure you have 2 wii-motes. I like that you can easily skip through all the needless chatter.
Great Game for Everyone!
I read all the reviews this game and was really excited to get it.
Although I know it was designed for young girls most reviews were from embarrassed adults who loved it and couldn’t stop playing it.
Lets just say I was not disappointed, it is a great game.
We have played hours and hours of this game and it just doesn’t seem to get old, its so much fun that you forget you are exercising. My 11 year old daughter found it challenging but so much fun that she doesn’t want to stop. My 6 year old son loves this game too, although its too difficult for him to win, he enjoys the music and trying to keep up with the moves. My 3 year old loves to watch the dancers and sing with the music. I love the clothing options, where you can get outfits that are not so revealing and the music is clean.
This game reminded me of nightmares I had as a high school cheerleader: I show up for a performance and everyone knows the dance but me. I bought this game half for cheer nostalgia and half for exercise. Because the game has no teaching portion for the routines, you have to fumble along through difficult dances. I felt more likely to hurt myself trying to keep up and plan to resell this game. Kudos to all of you who can pick up a complicated dance the first time, but I need a little more to make this game worth my while.

I wish these didn’t have the problems I mention below, because these are a smooth writing pen and the grip is very comfortable in my hand.
Unfortunately, this product suffers from a couple of design flaws that will cause me to think twice before buying products from this manufacturer again.
The retractor button has failed after only a few uses on every one of these pens I have used so far. After 4 or 5 uses, you pick up the pen and the button is stuck in and the ink cartridge retracted into the cylinder. Sometimes, if I leave the pen aside for a while, the button starts to work properly again, but most of the time that is only temporary.
Left handed people beware. I was using these to get signatures from my customers on service orders. Whenever I handed the pen to a left-handed person, the retractor button would touch the area of skin between their thumb and forefinger and immediately retract back into the cylinder.
While briefly humorous to watch, it was an unacceptable “feature” of this pen.
These pens are NOT that expensive, but, they arre one of the BEST pens you can buy !!! They are easy to use and the ink is Non-clogging.
I would buy these pens again if I ran out of them. I am also going to buy the Colored ones of this variety. I am VERY PLEASED with them.
I am ordering the 2nd set of pens for my Mother now. She is on the phone as I order, telling me how much she likes them. She likes the feel of the pen in her hand. The ink comes out smoothly and writes every time! She has had no problems at all with the retraction button. The writing is easy to see. She says the price is amazing.
I hope this 2nd set works as well!
For Print or web use this book has some nifty tricks to apply to your work, I found it easy to follow but I can see where newbies or (ahem!) people without a manual could get lost quick.
If you are looking to add something special to your portfolio but dont have any ideas this book might be the one for you!
This book was more than incredible, being a professional designer I envy the creators of this book. With a simple and easy to follow layout, the book describes amazing techniques which will astonish anyone. It effectively describes every aspect of photoshop and how to use it. Even for beginners, this book is a smash hit! It features images by people from intustrial light and magic (Made Star Wars) and it has great details on rotoscoping quicktime movies! If all else fails, there is a CD included that contains over 50 actions, filter demos, and images, A definite MUST BUY!
I bought this book on it’s graphics alone, and I was rewarded by my choice. The only reason that I didn’t give it 5 stars is that the tutorials could be a little less confusing. As well as a couple of mistakes that I had to write in the book to remind myself of. Other than that, the price of the book is almost worth it just to get the cd. The actions included are unstoppable. Plus the tutorials, which as I previously stated could be a little clearer, compliment the actions on the disk. Giving you the step-by-step to mimic them(actions). Plus you can amaze and astound your friends with the techniques learned from this book. I definitely recommend it.
This book provides examples of how to do certain special effects.
It was definitely more of a “tips and tricks” book than it was a learning resource. Just follow the steps, and go “WOW” just like the title.
It doesn’t really explain in detail how the trick was done and why you’re doing a certain step. Most photoshop gurus will just scoff at this book, and most newbies will walk away amazed, but no smarter about photoshop than before they read it.
The latter portions of the book was nothing more than a summary of the different photoshop filters found in commercial filter packages. I question why thoese filters were even in the book; it seemed like advertising that does not benefit the readers.
I was not able to use this book. I found it confusing and overly technical.
My kids, 2 and 5, both play with this truck. It isn’t battery powered and annoying like other trucks. Yet, this thing can really take off when the kids push it. They like moving it about the house and taking the cans and people in and out of it. If your kids like garbage trucks and have good imaginations, they will probably like this truck. (My kids run to the window upon hearing our neighborhood garbage truck.) If not, they may be bored.
This truly is the first toy that has really excited my son. He is obsessed with the neighborhood trash and recycling trucks and plays pretend with the trash cans in our house, so I wanted to get him a more appropriate toy than our real garbage. He loves this “trash truck” and plays with it well by himself. He uses the little people to play pretend and has fun manipulating the different parts and dumping the trash cans. I love that it is kid powered and doesn’t use batteries and he loves that it moves and makes sounds (it is quite loud) – wonderful innovation.
The price seemed a bit steep, but this toy has proven its worth. The toy has many pieces and functions that make it a great toy to share and a great toy to keep a kid busy. My [...] son enjoys it, but it really fascinated my friend’s 3 and [...] sons. It seems sturdy enough to outlast a decent amount of rough play.
I bought this for my 18 month old son, who, like other reviewers’ sons, is crazy about the neighborhood garbage and recycling trucks. This thing is like fort knox … unbreakable. He carries it around by the “handle” on the top, knocks it on things, has dropped it several times, brings it on trips with us, etc., and it just keeps going. He loves taking the drivers in and out, loves the garbage chute where the containers come out, and loves to make it “go” with the engine noise rumbling. We are getting him the WOW table and a few new vehicles for his second birthday and hope he loves them just as much! This a great buy!
We bought this for our grandson’s second birthday. He is fascinated with our neighborhood garbage truck and has to wave to the men every week. This toy is great! Very well made and durable. He loves playing with it especially pushing it on the tile (it zooms!) My 9 mo. old grandchild loves turning it upside down and pushing the wheels. I would highly recommend this toy.Flip ‘n’ Tip Fred
